You'll have to repeat this process with every character you have in our guild or those unverified characters will not have access to the private guild areas. Verifying is mandatory for raiders because we want to make sure you are up to date on any raid announcements, have access to strats/vids and other things. We are aware that a couple members are having issues with registering/viewing all parts of the website. Not having Mozilla Firefox browser is your likely culprit. We have found two major issues and we have solutions for both. If you have any that aren't addressed here please contact WoWstead support staff and let the GM or an officer here know so we don't ding ya for inactivity. Issue #1 Overview: Verified members are unable to view posts which were made after certain individuals posting on the thread. The Cause: Internet Explorer Version 7.0 and 8.0 which ties into a conflict with Microsoft Word. How to Fix/Avoid: - To view: Download Firefox Version 3.0.11 or greater. + Copy/paste all Microsoft - To avoid creating issue for others: When pretyping in Microsoft word, before you post please use the Microsoft Button on these forums. Paste your text in there and then press the Insert button. It will transfer it to your post and should avoid the issue above. Issue #2 Overview: 3 issues: Unable to switch active characters via the dropdown menu at the top of the website. Also cannot access through the character management UI. Cannot log out without immediately being logged back in. The Cause: Possibly FireFox Version 3.0.11 but definitely a cookie issues How to Fix: - Fix: Clear Cookies: Open Tools at the menu bar at the top of your browser. Select Options. Click on the Privacy tab. Click the button 'Show Cookies'. Now select 'Remove All Cookies.' Problem should be fixed.
